We Have a Pope is a 2011 Italo-French co-produced comedy-drama, directed by Nanni Moretti. The film was supported with Eurimages funding and premiered in competition at the 64th Cannes Film Festival. This is the Italian film that circulated the most in France, where Les Cahiers du cinéma listed the film as the best picture of the year in 2011.
